Fiscal certificate
Voor elk kamp of sportactiviteit van Progress Sports vzw kan u een fiscaal attest bekomen. Hieronder kan u het in te vullen gedeelte van het fiscaal attest vervolledigen en krijgt u dit via mail toegestuurd, samen met het officiële gedeelte ondertekend door de burgemeester. Elk attest krijgt een unieke volgnummer dus het kan maar eenmaal gebruikt worden voor 1 bepaalde aanvraag. U kan wel meerdere stages of sportlessen bundelen in één attest. Tussen nieuwjaar en mei kan u het nieuwe attest invullen en naar jouw mailbox verzenden, om toe te voegen bij de belastingaangifte van het voorbije aanslagjaar.

Swimming certificates
After a while, your little one will swim one diploma after the other and will of course want to show off his diplomas. For logistical reasons (presents, discount cards, ...) we will only send the highest diploma when they graduate, but we know how important such diplomas are for your kids. That is why you can already download a sample so you can make your child(ren) happy by giving them a preview and follow closely the order of our diplomas.
Tip: you can hang them up like Christmas cards, above the bed, on the bookbag, ...
